This is a partial plan for the bride that has made her own plans, believes she has everything handled, but would like an expert to go over everything with her. I will make suggestions on timelines, theme, vendors, and etiquette. This is perfect for the bride that wants the guidance of a wedding planner without purchasing an overly expensive package. Also, this package is suitable for booking me as a wedding coordinator for only the day of your wedding and including rehearsals. Ensuring everything is on time, in place, guidance with other vendors and venue, etc. The info above also ensures prior meetings to get all tasks handled effectively and efficiently for the big day! • Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary • Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00 am - 8:00 pm) • At least two-three planning meetings between clients and planner. • Email reminders first of the month of what needs to be accomplished that month between planner and bride. • One visit to site of both wedding and reception to go over setup. (typically day before) o Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement o Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors o Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding o Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. • Day of Coordination o Set up of all wedding items listed above. o Décor in place along with all food tables (cake, snacks, etc.) o Communicate with vendors about specific tasks at hand. o Handle all issues or complications that come up. o Help set-up/clean-up if requested.
